TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You, as well as we, are governed by Minnesota Statues relating to Liquor and Premises Rental.  As well as Federal and Admiralty law.  Basically,  they all deal with common sense, therefore, we do not require a lengthy contract.

Beverages of any kind MAY NOT be brought aboard at any time.  Any requests or variance to normal bar procedure must be agreed upon prior to reservation.

Food/snacks or confetti may not be brought aboard without incurring a $250.00 minimum Clean Up Fee.

Passengers and Entertainers are allowed on vessel 1/2 hour prior to departure, and must be off vessel 15 minutes after docking or hourly charges will be assessed.  No exemptions or variance.

It is your responsibility to inform your guests  of the above.

Deposits / Credits are non-refundable if cancellation is less than 90 days before date of reservation, unless time can be resold at full value.  A $200.00 processing fee will be charged at all times.
Final number of passengers, menu and final payment must be completed at least 10 business days prior to your cruise.

I have been advised of the Terms and Conditions and method of payment to the Magnolia Blossom.  By making this application, I understand I am expected to abide by these terms, conditions and method of payment, and that, should this account become past due for any reason whatsoever, I agree to pay interest on any balance due at the rate of 1.5% per month.
